Shipping to Spain (Peninsula, Balearic and Canary Islands) and international ( CONDITIONS OF LOGISTICS COMPANY )

Confirmed on weekdays before 14:00 hours , orders will be processed to ship the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 pm will be processed to ship next business day via Mail, the delivery time count from that time. No deliveries are made on Saturdays , Sundays and holidays.

Shipping : Peninsula , Balearic and Canary Islands. Period of performance will vary depending on the destination , but a maximum of ten working days.

The cost of shipping bags 9 € .

The cost of each shipment will be calculated and detailed in the time of confirming the purchase so you always pass the customer before confirming payment and mainly depend on the destination and the size or weight of the package, but in most cases, orders do not exceed 1-2 kgs.

Returns

Terms of returns or exchanges of size

lavidacollage accept product returns within the first 7 working days from the date of receipt of the goods by the customer , provided that the conditions required by Law 47 /2002, which regulates trade management are met.

Returns lavidacollage previously authorized by written will be accepted. To apply for this release, contact the customer prior to lavidacollage once authorized , will indicate the delivery address of the goods and the conditions for the return to be accepted .

The returned item must be in the same condition it was sent . Including labels and packaging . Shipping costs and returns will be paid by the customer , unless the return to our error or defect in the item, in which case the costs borne by lavidacollage due

Refunds will be addressed at the following address :

Upon receipt of merchandise and expertise that is in perfect condition , we will proceed to refund the amount

lavidacollage reserves the right to refuse the return or to pay a lower amount if the material does not arrive in perfect condition and with all accessories and office accessories

Shipping costs incurred in the return shall be borne by the customer. The amount of transport and on the first delivery will be deducted from the total amount of refund .

We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase , you can return the unused merchandise in its original box subject to the rules described below . You have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement at any time until 14 days after the delivery date. No such right available for personalized items.

All items must be returned unused, with original tags , instructions, warranties and other labels and packaging and in their original packaging. If items returned under this law are not in resalable condition we will not accept the return.

Steps for return:

     1 - . Write an email to the address lavidacollageshowroom@gmail.com stating the reason for return.

    2 - . We will send an e- mail stating your return code , once you receive it, you can send the item to the following address : C / Midian 134. 35018 Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Upon receiving the item , after checking their status , the amount was refunded.

Products damaged by transport :

To file a claim for shipping damage , you must notify the shipping company within a period of 24 hours. Once the complaint lavidacollage takes over collecting the defective product and once received, was the delivery of a product in perfect condition without any cost to the customer .

Defective Product:

lavidacollage is responsible for all costs of delivery to the customer of a defective product , provided that the customer makes the claim within 7 days of the invoice date. Returns costs by customer confusion borne by the buyer. After this period takes effect the guarantee offered by the manufacturer of each product. The conditions and warranty coverage will vary in each case.

Changes of size:

Note that the transport services that deliver or courier your order requiring someone to sign the receipt of consignment. They must be signed by a person over 18. If the delivery address no one is responsible for accepting delivery of the products, you are asked to make contact with the shuttle service or courier to set an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the products.

If you are not in your home , try to leave a notice and try to contact you to arrange a next delivery date and time that suits you , that's why we insist that you provide a contact telephone number and facilitate shipping.
